Sweeney Tod

Mhmmm, being in year 11 Theatre Studies class, we have to act out ';pearl of Strings' which is basically the story of Sweeney Tod the Barber Butcher or whatever...

We all have a part in this production and we need to audition for the character we want. Well, i'm alright at acting, should I go for the role of Sweeney Tod? Its tempting and i'm not sure if i'll be able to perfect the characters type. Though this is my first production in year 11, I still have to do a monologue later in the year.
